Fearless is looking for a Software Engineer II (Backend - Ruby on Rails) to add to our diverse team of 250+ employees. This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems that solve customer and user problems.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong OOP experience.
• Experience with AWS environments.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong Git skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with Agile principles.
• Proficient in web development.
• Excellent communication skills.
