Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to join Fay, a fast-growing startup on a mission to help people eat better and live better. You'll be part of an intentionally small, product-obsessed team that values creativity, collaboration, and impact. As a Senior Product Designer at Fay, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our product and brand. You’ll work on everything from early-stage ideas to pixel-perfect execution, collaborating closely with our Founding Product Designer, CEO, PM and the rest of the team. This is your chance to make a big impact on a small but mighty team.

In Short

• Design from concept to launch: You’ll own the design of key features and initiatives, turning ideas into sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with the team: Partner with our Founding Product Designer to shape the product vision and refine our design process.
• Build for scale: Help establish Fay’s design system and processes, ensuring our work is consistent, scalable, and user-focused.
• Iterate and improve: Use data and user feedback to refine your designs and deliver solutions that truly resonate with our audience.

Requirements

• An experienced designer: You have 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products.
• A startup pro: You’ve worked in fast-paced environments and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• A detail-obsessed craftsperson: You love sweating the small stuff—typography, spacing, interaction design.
• A collaborative team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and believe the best ideas come from working in the open.
• A systems thinker: You have experience contributing to and managing design systems in Figma (or similar tools).
