Overview

Fairway Lawns is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst specializing in NICE CXOne to provide technical support and ensure effective operation of our contact center platform.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for NICE CXOne.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Caller Branding solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
