Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent higher education in construction.
• Several years of practical experience in at least two of the following areas: project assessment, building evaluation prior to purchase, new building acceptance, moisture/mold assessment, construction defects, energy consulting, renovation.
• Friendly and confident demeanor with good communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written expression.
• Must reside in Switzerland and speak German fluently.
