Requirements

0-1 year of experience in a Customer support role, preferably in a tech.
Excellent spoken and written communication skill in English and Vietnamese.
Flexible in working hours, able to work in daily, evening, and weekend shifts.
Strong empathy skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
