Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Banking & Finance.
• 4+ years of experience in the Banking domain.
• Strong understanding of Lending & Mortgage data.
• Experience in requirements analysis and design definition.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with IT projects in Banking & Financial services.
• Knowledge of product design tools is a plus.
