In Short

• Coordinate clinical and regulatory documents for Local and Global Medical Affairs.
• Act as the Medical Writing representative within cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external medical writers.
• Organize Kick-Off Meetings and comment resolution meetings.
• Review outsourced documents for designated projects.
• Draft synopses in collaboration with the Medical Director.
• Write protocol amendments.
• Prepare minor regulatory documents.
• Support workflow within the Electronic Document Management System.
• Assist with formatting for documents outsourced to local providers.

Requirements

• Experience in medical writing or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with clinical research and regulatory processes.
• Proficiency in document management systems.
