Overview

The Development & Governance Associate/Manager (DGA/DGM) will support the Office of the CEO at Excel Academy, enhancing fundraising and governance systems as part of a 10-year growth plan.

• Support fundraising efforts and governance systems.
• Coordinate donor outreach and track development results.
• Manage grant applications and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organizational/project management skills.
• Comfort working with data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive Suite.
• Experience in non-profit fundraising is a plus.
• Knowledge of local political environment is a plus.
• Spanish speaking ability preferred.
