We’re building a high-performance affiliate team for a fast-growing crypto casino that knows how to win where it counts: on the ground, at exhibitions, and in the inboxes of real traffic drivers.

In Short

• Own and grow affiliate relationships within one specific channel.
• Prospect affiliates using personal networks, Google, marketing agency outreach, and crypto communities.
• Attend industry exhibitions and compete with other affiliate managers.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital media buying is required.
• Familiarity with crypto and/or casino verticals is preferred.
• Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently.
• Performance-based bonuses that can double or triple your pay.
• Flexible hours with a requirement to attend weekly team meetings.
• Clear KPIs with a target of minimum 100 FTDs/month.
• Building a modular team where every manager owns their niche.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital media buying.
• Familiarity with crypto and/or casino verticals preferred.
• Grit, speed, and a killer instinct to close deals.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently with accountability.
