Overview

The Licensed Health Insurance Agent will assist Retirees by answering inbound and making outbound calls to help them navigate a Medicare exchange platform.

  • Answer inbound calls from Retirees.
  • Conduct outbound calls to assist existing clients.
  • Guide clients through a multi-carrier Medicare exchange platform.
  • Help clients find suitable health insurance plans.
  • Assist with enrollment into chosen plans.
  • Understand clients' health needs to provide tailored support.
  • Maintain knowledge of health insurance policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Meet performance metrics and goals.

Requirements

  • Active health insurance license.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and health insurance products.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
