Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a Project Coordinator at Evergreen Energy Partners, you will support program managers and customers regarding energy efficiency utility programs while working in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Support program managers and energy specialists in energy efficiency initiatives.
• Process projects through to completion adhering to program requirements.
• Confirm the accuracy of information and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Update and maintain project tracking records.
• Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and telephone.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with Salesforce and Monday.com is a plus.
• Must be located in the Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA metro area.

Requirements

• Reliability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in basic math and data entry.
• Previous experience in a virtual environment is beneficial.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
