Overview

The Installation Site Foreman supervises construction projects, ensuring the installation of prefabricated products while maintaining safety standards and managing travel requirements.

In Short

• Supervise construction staff and contractors.
• Install prefabricated products both locally and internationally.
• Ensure on-time project completion while enforcing safety standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and reporting.
• Assist in-house fabrication teams with installation input.

• Travel globally for installations, sometimes at short notice.
• Maintain travel documents and ensure no restrictions on travel.
• Evaluate methods for fabrication and installation.
• Represent the company on-site to clients.

Requirements

• Experience supervising subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction tracking and scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Expertise with construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with finish carpentry and/or metal fabrication.
• 5+ years of site management experience.
• Education in Construction Management or related field.
• A valid driver’s license and passport.
• Ability to travel without restrictions.
