In Short

• Collaborate with the agile team to ensure quality solutions.
• Prepare and execute test plans.
• Create and maintain test cases.
• Create and update test-related documentation and user manuals.
• Prepare and submit issue reports.
• Interact effectively with the agile team and product owners.
• Provide 2nd Level production support.
• Participate in on-call support on a rotation basis.
