• Emphasis on activities in the western U.S. and territories.
• Specific knowledge of stormwater permitting and related topics is highly desirable.
• Research and analysis of state programs or documents.
• Developing technical reports and guidance materials.
• Over 20 years of experience in the water sector required.
• Well-versed in EPA and state policies and programs.
• MS, BS, or BA in relevant disciplines.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
