In Short

• Temporary full-time position for 4 months.
• Provide administrative support for the Energy Efficiency Programs team.
• Focus on rebate claim processing.
• Hybrid work arrangement, onsite presence required at least one day per week.
• Offices located in Oakland, CA; Orange, CA; or Portland, OR.
• Responsibilities include managing accounts and verifying rebate claims.
• Requires strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compensation between $21 to $26 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or data entry.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong business writing skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheet management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
