Financial Analyst/Manager - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst/Manager will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to financial planning and reporting in a B2B software or SaaS startup environment.

• Support day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare, process, and monitor incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Manage contract documentation and compliance.
• Oversee supplier management and onboarding.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory and asset base.
• Manage cost center allocations and process improvements.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and assessments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of Excel modeling and financial analysis.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insights.
• Confident communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital finance tools.
• Business fluency in English and German.
• Interest in AI tools applied to Finance.
