Sales Manager - Cryptocurrency Products - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a proactive mindset and a results-oriented attitude to join our team! You will work with innovative solutions in the cryptocurrency field.

In Short

• Drive sales growth of CoinHold and other yield products across Germany and Austria.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to increase Total Value Locked (TVL).
• Qualify and finalize transactions with prospects through inbound sales channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including high net worth individuals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and content.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for potential clients.
• Manage and report on sales pipeline and regional TVL growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, crypto, or fintech sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2C or B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency yield products and investment vehicles.
• Established network within the German and/or Austrian crypto community.
• Experience explaining complex financial products to different customer segments.
• Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks for crypto assets.
• Fluent in English and German required.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Benelux region (20-30% travel expected).
