Overview

We are a HealthTech scale-up on a mission to reinvent primary care access in Italy, improving the productivity and happiness of family physicians and facilitating access to healthcare for citizens.

In Short

• Develop business ideas into real products and specs.
• Study user behavior and personas for optimal solutions.
• Partner with Designers, PMM, and Engineers for product development.
• Lead Discovery workflow and Prioritization funnel.
• Write user-stories and collaborate on sprint planning.
• Analyze user needs and coordinate product development.
• Research trends and ensure team alignment.
• Possess at least 2 years of Product Management experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and customer-centric approach.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Italian.
• Strong technical background recommended.
