Overview

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Personal Marketing Assistant to support them across various side projects and marketing initiatives. This role is a unique blend of marketing execution, light virtual assistant tasks, and independent problem-solving.

In Short

• Assist with a variety of marketing projects (email campaigns, social media, content coordination, etc.)
• Execute marketing tasks across different brands or side projects
• Create, edit, or coordinate basic marketing materials (graphics, copy, landing pages)
• Conduct light research and organize information as needed
• Perform occasional admin or VA-type tasks when necessary (e.g., scheduling, follow-ups)
• Work directly with Brandon to translate high-level ideas into actionable steps
• Communicate proactively and manage priorities across multiple small projects
