Secondary Marketing Associate - Remote

Overview

This role supports the daily operational functions of the Secondary Marketing team, ensuring accurate rate distribution and operational accuracy.

In Short

• Distribute daily mortgage rate sheets.
• Assist with processing rate lock, relock, and extension requests.
• Perform data entry, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Maintain accurate loan pricing and transaction records.
• Provide administrative support to the Secondary Marketing function.
• Respond to routine internal inquiries.
• Stay informed on company policies and market guidelines.
• Support additional operational initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of mortgage lending or financial services preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills.
