• Leads project teams and oversees project execution.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of policies and work instructions.
• Leads project recovery efforts for troubled projects.
• Participates in budgeting and sales operations planning.
• Ensures projects follow execution best practices.
• Monitors project financials and resource utilization.
• Identifies and manages project risks.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Mentors and develops project execution staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience managing EPC Electrification/Generation projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience in leading EPC projects in renewable energy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Consulting experience preferred.
