NetSuite & ERP Systems Specialist - Remote

Overview

The NetSuite & ERP Systems Specialist will lead the configuration, optimization, and integration of NetSuite to support eJam’s multi-brand, multi-channel financial operations, playing a core role in enabling automation and data flow across the organization.

In Short

• Independent Contractor (Remote – Argentina)
• Compensation: $3,000 – $4,000 USD/month
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Argentina time)
• Maintain, configure, and optimize NetSuite
• Build and support SuiteScripts and SuiteApps
• Manage integrations with various platforms and systems
• Support inventory management and demand planning
• Design financial and inventory reports
• Provide training and support for internal stakeholders
• Act as liaison for external NetSuite support

Requirements

• Expertise in NetSuite administration and configuration
• Experience with SuiteScripts and API integrations
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and inventory management
• Ability to automate processes and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Experience in a multi-brand financial operation environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with DTC and retail channels preferred
