• Direct communication with customers via WhatsApp and assistance with offer acceptance.
• Creation of customized offers and sending them to customers.
• Management of ghostwriters and customers.
• Distribution of orders to the appropriate ghostwriters ensuring timely processing.

Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally in a business, communication, or project management-related program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Experience with common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
• Flexibility and independence.
• Prior experience in customer service or project management is a plus, but not required.
