We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of tourism marketing, particularly in sports tourism and destination stewardship.

• Assist in organizing and documenting the esports grant application process.
• Update SportsNC.com to ensure accuracy of partner listings.
• Research, write and edit communication content pieces for the Esports grant.
• Support the team in gathering promotional materials from local partners.
• Maintain the CRM for Outdoor NC campaigns and track partner promotions.
• Aid in the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters for partners.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media and website.
• Help create content through filming, visuals, and copywriting.
• Participate in team meetings and training programs.
• Update the company presentation deck with new materials.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Marketing Cloud or Salesforce is a plus.
