In Short

• Support the sales process: Acquire new customers and maintain long-term relationships in German and English.
• Consult and assist leads in EPR compliance, including WEEE representative services in Germany.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activities in EPR compliance, PPWR, recycling labeling obligations, and WEEE Directive.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create offers, presentations, and sales materials.
• Participate in trade fairs, webinars, and events for customer acquisition and brand positioning.

Requirements

• Completed studies or comparable qualification in business administration, marketing, environmental sciences, or relevant work experience.
• Initial professional experience in EPR compliance, sustainability, recycling, or sales, ideally in a consulting environment.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers.
• Independent, structured working style and team spirit.
• Confidence in meetings and phone calls.
• Interest in Extended Producer Responsibility and prior experience in e-commerce.
• Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with MS Office.
