Overview

The Vice President of Strategic Impact is a key executive leader within the Early Childhood Investment Corporation, responsible for driving external engagement, fund development, advocacy, and strategic partnerships to advance the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.

In Short

  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization.

  • Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and departmental initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy, Management, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 10 years of leadership and management experience.
  • Experience in public policy and fundraising.
  • Strong strategic planning skills.
  • Exceptional writing and public speaking skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent facilitation and mediation skills.
