Registered Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis - Remote

Overview

DaVita is seeking a Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center, making a significant difference in the lives of patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Commitment to improving patient health through clinical goal setting.
• Ability to float to various clinics during and after training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with nephrology or dialysis preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to handle multiple co-morbidities in patient care.
