Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
  • Certifications like CNN or CDN are a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to float to various clinics as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple co-morbidities in patient care.
