Overview

DaVita is seeking a Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center, making a significant difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to float to various clinics during training.
  • Ability to manage multiple co-morbidities in patient care.
  • Commitment to improving patient health through clinical goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build patient relationships.
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with PCTs and other team members.
  • Must be adaptable and open to learning new skills.
