CAFM Specialist (m/f/d) 100% - Remote

In Short

• Support and manage the RED CAFM System (Planon) in collaboration with Dussmann Group.
• Ensure efficient use and continuous optimization of the system for digitalization and automation of Facility Management processes.
• Train and support internal staff and clients in using the CAFM system.
• Plan and implement maintenance strategies in the CAFM system to optimize maintenance processes.
• Consolidate legacy CAFM systems and migrate mandates to the leading CAFM system.
• Implement new mandates in the CAFM system.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Facility Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role focusing on CAFM management and procurement.
• Solid knowledge in administration, further development, and support of CAFM systems, ideally with knowledge of Planon or similar systems.
• Experience in creating dashboards and reports with Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage.
