Customer Service Representative - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing excellent customer service as an Inbound Customer Service Representative, working remotely to assist customers with their inquiries and issues.

• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls to resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints.
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone to resolve issues.
• Coordinate equipment rental returns with customers and vendors.
