The Electroplating Scientist will develop next-generation electrolytic products and related technologies for the printed circuit board and advanced packaging industries, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance product reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in electrolytic plating and HVM operations.
• Effective communication skills for project updates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of statistics and design of experiments principles.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work with global R&D teams.
• Willingness to travel for product support.
