The Technical Operations Lead - Innovation role focuses on providing technical and operational leadership within the Packaging Innovation division, ensuring new product and service developments are commercially scalable and sustainable.

Requirements

• Experience in Operational/Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated Product Development experience.
• Preferred experience in FMCG, Paper or Packaging industries.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with ambiguity.
• Self-starter with a tenacious attitude.
• Fluency in English; other European languages are advantageous.
