Overview

The Technical Operations Lead - Innovation role focuses on providing technical and operational leadership within the Packaging Innovation division, ensuring new product and service developments are commercially scalable and sustainable.

In Short

Lead technical and operational aspects of product and service development.
Ensure adherence to corporate sustainability commitments.
Act as the functional voice in the Product Development process.
Develop functional activity plans for successful project progression.
Provide expertise in manufacturability and process design.
Involve in budget planning for product development.
Collaborate with local and regional market teams.
Foster strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Navigate a complex, global matrix environment.
Travel across Europe for about 20-30% of the time.

Requirements

Experience in Operational/Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
Demonstrated Product Development experience.
Preferred experience in FMCG, Paper or Packaging industries.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity.
Self-starter with a tenacious attitude.
Fluency in English; other European languages are advantageous.
