Graphic Designer (Print & Online Marketing, Full-Time, Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a creative graphic designer (m/f/d) with a focus on print, branding, and online marketing to elevate our female finance company visually.

In Short

• Design our entire online marketing channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, possibly TikTok, landing pages & website.
• Create high-quality print materials: workbooks, PDFs, course materials, event materials with high standards of layout & aesthetics.
• Develop visuals for Meta and Google Ads; training provided if needed.
• Strategic design management: plan ahead, think graphically about campaigns, keep timings in check.
• Maintain and further develop our visual identity across all channels.
• Close collaboration with marketing, content, and directly with management.

Requirements

• Completed studies or training in graphic, communication, or media design.
• Very good knowledge of design software (possibly also Canva).
• Experience with online marketing designs (social media, web, newsletters, landing pages).
• Independent, organized working style with forward-thinking.
• Structure, timing, and clarity are essential; plan content to avoid downtime.
• Passion for combining design with structure and continuous self-improvement.
• Enthusiasm for female finance, education, and a clear brand vision.
