Catalog Specialist (e-Commerce) - Remote

Overview

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to ensure the efficient resolution of account health issues, listing issues, and performance notifications. This position will play a key role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency through strategic planning, regular reporting, and continuous improvement of product listings and marketplace operations.

• Resolve all account health issues within 48 hours.
• Resolve all listing issues within 48 hours.
• Monitor and resolve all performance notifications within 48 hours.
• Provide regular marketplace operations status updates via Slack and Loom.
• Stay up-to-date on Amazon changes and features.
• Proactively strategize listing actions to maximize key performance metrics.
• Proactively strategize account actions to maximize efficiency and sales.
• Monitor and strategically plan Amazon promotions.
• Work with the data department to understand Amazon sales data.
• Create and maintain Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart listings.
