Overview

The Senior Product Manager is a hands-on builder and organizer who takes new product concepts from idea to launch and ensures a smooth transition to Business Units for long-term sustainment.

In Short

Partner with leadership to validate new product ideas.
Translate business concepts into structured artifacts.
Organize and maintain Azure DevOps projects.
Assist with prototyping, testing, and gathering feedback.
Conduct client and stakeholder interviews.
Apply AI tools to maximize efficiency.
Manage timelines and communications across stakeholders.
Develop test cases and execute functional testing.
Create and maintain product documentation.
Support adoption efforts by collecting user feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
Experience creating structured artifacts like user stories and test cases.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Ability to manage cross-functional product initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile practices and iterative delivery.
Valid driver’s license and insurance.
Eligibility for government security investigations.
