In Short

• Collaborate with senior team members to create high-quality design assets.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Support the development of campaigns by designing cohesive assets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas.
• Take ownership of design tasks and medium-scale projects.
• Refine and evolve design deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.
• Help maintain and improve the brand’s design system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in creative design and branding.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design and motion graphics is a plus.
• Understanding in data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with creative industry trends.
• Comfortable in web, digital and print.
