Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Product Management to lead a product team and drive the development of innovative solutions that align with our company’s mission. In this high-impact role, you will report to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

• Own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Managers.

• Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management.
• 3-5 years of experience leading a product management team.
• Experience in HealthTech or highly regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of SaaS, APIs, and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA, MS, or equivalent experience is a plus.
