We are now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing product team. This role will report directly to the Head of Product and play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our user experience across our digital products.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and UI component library.
• Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing insights.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong UX and UI design foundation.
• Experience designing fintech or financial services products.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience with user research capabilities.
• Strong collaboration skills with product teams.
