Overview

As a Data Engineer at Doowii, you will help architect, build, and scale the data infrastructure that powers our product, contributing to our mission of democratizing data analytics for educators.

In Short

Own ingestion pipelines from NiFi to BigQuery/Motherduck.
Design and maintain data models for analytics.
Build CI/CD, testing, and observability for data flows.
Optimize storage and query performance.
Collaborate with ML and frontend engineers on AI-driven features.
Champion data quality and privacy best practices.

Requirements

3+ years building production data pipelines on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Hands-on with Kafka, Apache NiFi, and other data tools.
Strong SQL and Python skills; Java is a plus.
Experience with schema evolution and high-throughput streaming.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration.
