Regulatory & Legal Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Regulatory & Legal Manager at Doonails, you will ensure and proactively drive the regulatory and legal compliance of our products across key markets, enabling product launches and reducing external consulting costs.

In Short

• Manage regulatory compliance for all Doonails products in the EU, Switzerland, UK, and USA.
• Oversee product registrations and external lab testing.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including PIFs and safety data sheets.
• Ensure compliance of product claims, labeling, and packaging.
• Monitor waste and environmental compliance regulations.
• Coordinate cross-team implementation of regulatory developments.
• Conduct legal assessments of supplier and partner contracts.
• Build internal compliance knowledge to reduce reliance on external consultants.
• Fluent in German and very good English; other EU languages are a plus.
• Work remotely from anywhere in Germany.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or Legal Compliance, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of EU cosmetics law and experience with CPNP and safety reports.
• Familiarity with claims compliance and labeling requirements for cosmetic products.
• Knowledge of waste and environmental compliance regulations.
• Structured and responsible work style, able to manage multiple projects.
• Open to using digital tools and AI for documentation and regulatory interpretation.
