Overview

We are looking for a Product Design Intern to join us during this exciting time of growth and expansion. More than 20,000+ teams use Donut today to automate key workflows throughout the employee lifecycle.

In Short

Work on high-impact, shippable features and products that users will access right away
Design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for new features
Brainstorm with stakeholders
Conduct user testing throughout the design cycle
Collaborate with the broader team to design delightful experiences
Work with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
Join regular PDE standups
Track product feature success and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

Experience in UX and prototyping tools like Figma
Visual design skills
Portfolio showcasing web design and/or mobile applications
User-centered approach
Empathetic collaborator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Frontend development skills in HTML, CSS, Vue, or React (nice to have)
Comfort with ambiguity
