Overview

The Donor Legacy Charge (DLC) provides leadership and operational oversight for Donor Legacy shift activities, ensuring high-quality case management and compassionate family donation conversations.

• Shift leadership and operational oversight.
• Coaching and support for Donor Legacy Advocates (DLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Preferred Master’s degree.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Certifications such as CPTC or CTBS are preferred.
