You will manage ERP implementations from start to finish, ensuring strategic and structured execution.
Optimize processes and clarify complex topics through effective communication.
Provide training and workshops to ensure clients can effectively use the new ERP systems.
Work flexibly, both remotely and on-site with clients as needed.
Bring your industry knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Collaborate with teams to drive project success and innovation.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to maintain project alignment.

Requirements

Experience in project management or a strong organizational talent.
Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally from Aareon or Dr. Klein.
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle complex situations with clarity.
Understanding of digital processes in the housing industry.
Team player with a proactive approach to challenges.
Willingness to engage directly with clients during implementation.
Ability to conduct effective training sessions for clients.
