Senior Designer & Motion - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a senior designer who thinks in systems, animates, and uses AI as a competitive advantage. You will be able to build an identity, carry it into a performance campaign, and bring it to life with autonomy and your own criteria.

In Short

• Build and evolve visual identity systems applied to all digital touchpoints.
• Produce pieces for paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn with aesthetic insight and performance logic.
• Create motion graphics and animations: loops, reels, video ads, brand intros, 30” pieces.
• Incorporate AI strategically into the workflow: image generation, assisted animation, upscaling, scaling variations of pieces.
• Manage multiple projects and brands autonomously—without waiting for instructions on how or when.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital design with direct application to performance.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC—Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects are non-negotiable.
• Demonstrable motion graphics and animation in portfolio, not just in CV.
• Real experience with AI tools: Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Kling or equivalents.
• Ability to defend design decisions with rationale, both in front of the team and the client.
• Figma as a natural part of collaborative work.
