In Short

• Produce videos from the initial idea to the final cut, including conception, shooting, and post-production.
• Create diverse video formats – from image films for websites to social media clips for Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop creative ideas and storylines to authentically present doctors and practices.
• Work closely with our content and marketing team to integrate video ideas into our strategies.
• Visit our clients on-site in Munich and surrounding areas to produce high-quality video content.

Requirements

• Solid training in video, media production, film, or a related field.
• Practical experience in planning, executing, and post-processing video projects.
• Good sense of social media, current trends, and visual storytelling on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Strategic thinking and knowledge of how to effectively use videos to convey messages and reach target audiences.
• Creativity, resourcefulness, and enjoyment in independently and hands-on implementing projects.
• Reliable, structured work ethic, and active team involvement with a mix of professionalism, humor, and motivation.
