As a Performance Marketing Manager (focus on Google Ads & Meta Ads), you will drive the online performance of our clients and ensure they attract more desired patients. If you are excited about this challenge, come join our team!

In Short

• Responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns on Google and Meta.
• Develop and implement appropriate SEA and SEO strategies for clients.
• Strategically plan budgets, determine target audience approaches, and select suitable advertising materials.
• Monitor ongoing paid social media campaigns to ensure they meet goals like reach, clicks, leads, or conversions.
• Independently manage clients and projects.
• Contribute professionally and participate in client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners, such as creative agencies or developers.
• Further develop our digital services and internal processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of performance marketing experience.
• Currently active with Google Ads and daily campaign adjustments.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in an online marketing agency or similar environment.
• Relevant training (e.g., 121Watt course).
• Extensive experience in search engine marketing (SEO and SEA) and social media advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Additional knowledge in performance channels is a plus but not required.
• Analytical skills and experience with platforms like Meta Business Manager or Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to create independent digital reports.
• Confident and secure demeanor, engaged, communicative, and flexible.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, and good English skills.
