Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to champion revenue growth, user retention, and operational efficiency across our in-game items trading marketplace on both web and mobile platforms.

In Short

• Define and maintain a product roadmap that maximizes revenue, user retention, and marketplace turnover.
• Own the continuous advancement of both web and mobile trading experiences.
• Evaluate the ROI of new or enhanced features.
• Prepare and document detailed business requirements.
• Act as the main liaison between support and development.
• Monitor user feedback and platform performance.
• Track market trends and competitor moves.
• Develop and execute A/B testing initiatives.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management, ideally within marketplaces or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of driving product growth, revenue, and retention.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics.
• Experience leading A/B testing and iterative UX improvements.
• Aptitude for understanding system architecture.
• Effective working both independently and in cross-functional settings.
• An interest in digital marketplaces, gaming culture, or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Upper-intermediate+ English.
