Overview

The Remote LCSW Mental Health Therapist will provide treatment services in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient safety and conducting therapy sessions.

In Short

• Provide milieu interventions and lead therapy groups.
• Conduct clinical assessments and therapy sessions.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation.
• Establish therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
• Participate in treatment team meetings.
• Manage a caseload of 12-15 patients.
• Facilitate multi-family and psychoeducation groups.
• Conduct utilization reviews for insurance companies.
• Participate in clinical outreach activities.
• Provide clinical supervision to other clinicians.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field.
• Active state license in Maryland (LCSW-C or LCPC).
• Five or more years of experience in the mental health field.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.
• Preference for additional licenses in FL, TX, VA, MD, and/or CT.
