Remote LCPC Mental Health Therapist

Overview

The Remote LCPC Mental Health Therapist will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide treatment services, ensuring patient safety and delivering therapeutic interventions.

In Short

• Full-time position working Monday-Friday, 12-8pm EST.
• Compensation range of $70k - $87k based on qualifications.
• Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions and clinical assessments.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and communicate treatment goals.
• Manage a caseload of 12-15 patients with weekly therapy sessions.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups.
• Provide clinical supervision to other clinicians as assigned.
• Complete clinical documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• Active state license in Maryland required.
• Preference for additional licenses in FL, TX, VA, MD, and/or CT.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the mental health field.
• Current driver’s license in good standing.
